Ciudad Valles.- Eduardo “N”, 36 years old was arrested in Ciudad Valles, San Luis Potosí, Mexico by the Investigative Police (PDI) after an injunction was sent for his presumptive intervention in the offences of aggravated rape and aggravated equal rape. The alleged victims were two of his biological daughters, the State Attorney General’s Office (FGESLP) reported.
