“We want to insist on the proposal for the middle class’s plan of measures. We consider it superior to this measure. It has higher coverage, proposes a solidarity loan by the State, where there is no banking, which allows people who use the benefit to return it on soft terms, in four years and to the extent that their income allows it. It’s superior, it benefits better,” Briones said.
