Morelia, Michoacán.- The City Council of Morelia reported in a statement that from an early hour, brigades of the Directorate of Parks and Gardens worked this Sunday in different points of Morelia to keep safe and clean various streets, avenues and public spaces that are commonly used for citizens.
Alejandro Carrillo Hernández, director of the aforementioned municipal department, explained that in light of the instructions of the mayor, Raúl Morón Orozco, the maintenance work is constant in the city, since even when it is a weekend, there is a presence of municipal employees giving timely attention to the reports of the Morayns.

He reported that among the areas that were served this Sunday, are Francisco Tovar street, in the Ignacio López Rayón colony; Solidarity Avenue corner with Samson Flores; and at the exit to Salamanca, as in these places there were trees and branches that fell on the pavement, as a result of strong wind gusts during recent rains.
He noted that efforts were stepped up within the Directorate in order to address one of the priorities of the municipal president, Raúl Morón, which was to respond in a timely manner to the needs of citizens and avoid accidents through preventive actions.
