Only the health area had a positive change compared to the previous month, when 40% of respondents failed performance and 40% approved it.
By July, 45% of people said the government’s performance in health was good or very good and 32% thought otherwise.
Failed for not using head covers
People were also consulted on other topics such as the sale of the presidential plane and the president’s use of the cover.
For 45% said they had a bad or very bad opinion about the sale of the presidential plane; 49% have a good or very good opinion about the president’s tours despite the pandemic, and 71% considered it bad or very bad that the president prefers not to wear head-coverings, that is, 7 out of 10 people.
As for the federal government’s conferences, 53% gave a good or very good opinion of the one offered at 7 o’clock at night on COVID-19, and 49% said the same about López Obrador’s mornings.
As since last April, most people consulted (40%) mexico’s biggest problem was COVID-19.
Second is the economy and unemployment with 25%, and thirdly public insecurity with 21%.
When questioned about organized crime, 68% of people said it is a matter of great concern, 71% said the situation in this area is out of control.
Only 22% of people believe that the government has things under control and 72% opined that the government should treat this issue “with bullets, capture and punishing criminals.”
