The measure was formalized through Resolution 16/2020, published in the Official Gazette.In the text, the Government clarified that “persons deprived of liberty, in any form, are not reached” to receive the $10,000 bonus, “for not meeting the quality of recipients set out in Article 2 (of the original text)”.
In addition, the Resolution states that “where the applicant is under the age of 25 and the address of residence registered with ANSES is equal to the domicile of his/her parents registered in that body, the household shall be deemed to be composed of the applicant and his/her parents for the purposes of the requirements and other conditionalities set out herein”.

Finally, another amendment clarifies that aness could initially request from the Federal Public Revenue Agency (AFIP) data from applicants to support the respective applications, but from today it will be in all cases: “The National Social Security Administration will require the AFIP to carry out the socio-economic and heritage assessment in order to determine the relevance of each application.”
