“Most state workers receive their aguinaldo complete and only those up to the top of the pyramid, senior officials are donating part of our salary and aguinaldo, but voluntarily.”
Heads of department, director, deputy director, deputys, links, director general, undersecretary and secretaries of state will receive 20 days and not 40 of salary as aguinaldo.
