Morelia, Michoacán.- Under the task of providing the necessary technological tools for educational development, the Government of Morelia, through the Secretariat of Welfare and Social Policy, started the delivery of the Education and Technology for Welfare program, which will benefit students of telesecondary level of the municipality.
With an investment of 3 million 945 thousand pesos, the Municipal Education Directorate will grant a total of 2 thousand 950 electronic tablets to the same number of students from telesecondary schools located within priority attention areas of the municipality, whose students will be able to develop the school activities corresponding to their curriculum.
In his participation, the student Martín Herrejón Cedeño, one of the beneficiaries, appreciated the implementation of this program, with which students will be able to improve their learning habits, having a tool that will allow them to reinforce the knowledge provided in the classroom, resulting in citizens better prepared for the consequent academic degrees.
With these actions, the Government of Morelia headed by the municipal president, Humberto Arróniz Reyes, endorses his commitment to improving the conditions of educational work, putting in place actions that encourage the teaching-learning process of the students of the Michoacana capital.
