According to Reports of Reform, at the hearing of individualization of sanctions and reparation of the damage was held on Thursday in the Manly East Preventive Reclusory, where the judge determined that he must serve his sentence in prison, in addition to paying a fine and funeral expenses.
On April 6, a judge handed down a conviction against Bautista over leonardo’s crime of manslaughter, whose body was located on June 12, 2019 inside his vehicle, on a piece of Land in The Mayor’s Tlalpan.
Investigations determined that the victim was there hours before his death with the priest, as he had come to his parish.
According to the Mexico City Prosecutor’s Office, on the night of June 11, Leonardo sent a message warning that he would spend the night at Francisco’s house, and at 10:56 p.m. confirmed his arrival at the home.
The 29-year-old entered the house, where he remained until 3:16 a.m. on June 12, when C5 cameras captured his exit from the property towards the Picacho-Ajusco road.
Minutes later the vehicle makes its way to the point where its body was finally found.

Leonardo was originally from Mexico City, held a Bachelor of Theology from the Intercontinental University (UIC), and had recently graduated from the Master’s Degree in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at the same educational institution.
