After several weeks of protests in France against the health passport, the government decided to rescind some of the conditions it establishes. The relaxations were announced by The French Minister of Health, Olivier Véran, in an interview with Le Parisien and, among them, it is found that the validity of negative tests for the un vaccinated will be 72 hours and not 48.

In addition, from now on, it will be possible to carry out “self-tests supervised by a health professional”, which will allow to better meet the demand for tests to detect the presence or not of coronavirus in the body. In turn, the official said of the various demonstrations that were seen across the country over the past month: “Whatever the number of protesters opposed to the vaccine, it will always be less than the number of French people who get vaccinated.” It should be noted that the French health passport was mandatory since June for some events, but, from this Monday, it will be necessary from this Monday to go to restaurants, bars or cafes and travel in trains, buses and long-distance planes.

“The (sanitary) pass and the advance of vaccination should avoid other curfews and confinement,” stressed the Health Minister, who announced that the use of another person’s health pass can be punished with up to 750 euros of fine.
