The events occurred last Tuesday, October 12 and according to the reports of the incident, Carmen Gorzanelli, 89, left her house alone and began to wander for several minutes through the neighborhood before entering a garden a few meters from her house, it is believed that the victim, being an older adult confused the two entrances. After the incident, just a few minutes later, the son of the now deceased, Roberto Neri, arrived at the scene, who without knowing that his mother was involved, questioned the caregiver about the woman and he assured that she was in bed. At first it was believed that the caregiver did not know that Carmen left home and only knew until Roberto was notified of what happened to his mother. The investigation of what happened is still ongoing, for the moment the police are carrying out a review of the images taken by the security cameras moments before the incident to establish the timeline of the facts and know the journey of Carmen from her house to that of the neighbor.
