Drunk kills his youngest son in accident

Aguascalientes, Ags.- A man in a state of drunkenness overturned his truck after passing a stop and caused the death of one of his children in the city of Aguascalientes. It was at 2:35 in the morning that the cameras of the C5 SITEC recorded the moment in which a driver who was circulating on the Guadalupano Boulevard at excessive speed, passed the traffic light that marked the stop of Siglo XXI and lost control of his truck to crash into a planter until he overturned at the intersection with Las Cumbres Street, in Ejido Las Cumbres. From the great impact, the occupants of the interior of the cabin and those who were traveling in the box, were expelled from the unit. Observing the impressive accident on the screen, the operator activated the emergency bodies. Officers of the preventive police of the Terán Norte Detachment immediately went to the place, as well as uniformed members of the Road Police and paramedics of the Municipal Coordination of Civil Protection. Upon arrival, they located overturned on its awning a pickup truck, Chevrolet brand, gray color, model 2005, with license plates of the State of Aguascalientes that was driven by Carlos N of 28 years of age. In addition, the driver’s wife, Yadira N, 30, and two minors, children of the couple, were injured at the scene; Daniel N of 9 years of age and Carlos N of 11 years who was lifeless lying on the asphalt tape. The injured were transferred to receive medical attention at the Third Millennium Hospital in Aguascalientes, while the driver of the vehicle was presented to the ministerial authority as a participant in the accident. The Road Police of Aguascalientes confirmed that the driver was traveling on Bulevar Guadalupano in the direction of west traffic at an immoderate speed in the right lane when arriving at the intersection with Avenida Siglo XXI, did not respect the red light of the traffic light in operation following straight ahead to later lose control of the direction of the vehicle to the right, which caused its frontal impact against the stone wall of a planter, causing its overturning, leaving a balance of material damage for approximately 80 thousand pesos.
