A woman died and four other people, all cyclists, were injured this morning when they were hit by a car in the vicinity of the Bosques de Palermo, and for the fact there are four detainees between 20 and 33 years old, police sources reported. The incident occurred around 9 a.m. at the intersection of Figueroa Alcorta and Dorrego avenues, where members of the Neighborhood Police Station 14C moved after a 911 call that alerted about a private Ford Focus vehicle, red, which rammed five cyclists. The car struck five people driving in the area who were injured. One of them, Marcela, 62, later died as a result of the impact. Four men were arrested: the two who were traveling in the vehicle involved, who escaped after the accident, and two other individuals who helped them flee.
