He then spent the weekend keeping the dryer pointed at his ear or resting on his side. The 40-year-old tried everything, including chewing gum, but was unsuccessful. The man told CNN he experienced dizziness as soon as he stood up and could hear the liquid moving in his ear. But despite all his attempts to get the “water” out, his ear was still covered. Zane Wedding of Aucland, New Zealand, arranged a review with a specialist as soon as he could get to the bottom of the problem. The specialist took a look inside Zane’s ear and said he thought there was an insect inside. The man knew that every movement he had felt, was an insect that was twisting in his ear. He felt sick having the idea that a cockroach was “cooking” in his ear when he blew hot air. Zane finally felt enormous relief after the doctor removed the dead cockroach in a five-minute procedure.
