This is not the first time this has happened. In October of last year, his disappearance was also reported while on his way to a performance center in San Luis Potosí to peacefully protest against Lalo Mora, vocalist of Los Invasores de Nuevo León, for possible sexual harassment against several women.
On that occasion, according to Carrizales Becerra, he was kidnapped and let go with a bag on his head after singing a song by Lalo Mora, a condition that his captors put on him not to kill him. Then, he was located by the National Guard in the municipality of Zaragoza and was beaten.
