Monterrey.- Samuel García presented on Monday a new state constitution in which he contemplates punishing with 36 hours in jail anyone who disrespects and disobeys the governor of Nuevo León.The above was established in chapter VI, of the Third section “Of the Faculties and Obligations of the governor of the state”, it is indicated that “impose fines that do not exceed the amount of a day’s wage or salary or arrest for up to 36 hours, to those who disobey his orders or lack the due respect for the terms of article 15 of the Constitution.” The proposal for comprehensive reform was already approved in the first round by the State Congress, if it continues to be implemented it would give a new form to the new Magna Carta of the entity.
