Mauricio Ochmann tells how he managed to get out of drugs

Mexico. The actor Mauricio Ochman was in the world of drugs and fortunately he was able to get out of it: “I felt that I was dying …”, he says in an interview for the podcast Creativo, by Roberto Martínez.Mauricio Ochmann, protagonist of series such as El Chema and El clon, relates that there was a moment in his life in which he felt that he could not do it anymore, he hit rock bottom and fortunately was able to recover from his drug addiction. Mauricio relates that it was very difficult for him to decide that he no longer wanted to be immersed in drugs and try to survive: “It was the best decision I have made in my life because I gave myself the opportunity to grow, to internalize, to no longer evade myself with substances or anything.” When Mauricio Ochmann decided to enter rehabilitation it was the best decision he could make, he also remembers, and this would happen while he was recording a telenovela, but he does not mention which one or in what year the event would occur. What Ochmann does remember is that he consumed a heavy amount of substances and there came a time when he felt that he was dying, then, as soon as he could, he resumed his work on the novel, otherwise they would sue him.” When I left I first saw the lawyer and it was one of the most beautiful experiences I have ever had.
