On April 19, the Ministry of Health registered 1,438 new cases of COVID-19 and 24 deaths. According to the technical report, Mexico accumulated 5 million 729 thousand 270 total cases and 323 thousand 973 deaths.
Regarding active cases, at the end of the report, 3,868 active cases have been registered, with an incidence rate of 3.0 per 100,000 inhabitants.
The entities where more active cases have been registered are: Baja California Sur, Mexico City, Aguascalientes, Colima, San Luis Potosí, Quintana Roo, Nayarit, Sinaloa, Baja California and Yucatan.
Regarding vaccination, the Ministry of Health announced that until April 19, 196 million 110,762 doses have been applied.
