Boca named Estela de Carlotto and ex-combatants of Malvinas an honorary partner

After the assembly of representatives of Boca Juniors, it was decided to appoint Estela de Carlotto, president of Abuelas de Plaza de Mayo, as honorary member, along with 22 other ex-combatants from Malvinas.In this sense, the assembly, which was chaired by Jorge Ameal, distinguished Carlotto and also his companions Ángela Catalina Paolín and Buscarita Ímperi Roa. This situation is framed in an initiative of the leadership “xeneize” in defense of Human Rights.

In addition, 22 ex-combatants of the Falklands War were named honorary members. Their names are: Juan Carlos Albornoz, Reynaldo Arce, Osvaldo Omar Asta, Jorge Nelson Barrionuevo, Carlos Daniel Brinso, Irineo Cortes, Jorge Luis Fernández, Ramón Guillermo Guaraz, José María Menica, Horacio Mir Gonzalez, Juan Nazer, Bernardino Ramón Roa, Gustavo Edgardo Rodríguez, Carlos Alberto Roussel, Walter Fabio Santana, Omar Edgardo Sarden, Aldo Rubén Solari, Adrián Alberto Sfiligoy, Patricio Enrique Victoriano, Victor Manuel Villagra and Juan Carlos Zalazar.In addition, Juan Antonio Farenga, son of one of the founders of Boca Juniors and witness of the inauguration of the Bombonera in 1940, was honored with the same condition of honorary member, after leaving the club due to differences with previous conductions.
