Macri shattered the government: “Bestial ineptitude, wrong ideas and evil”

The former president of the Nation, Mauricio Macri, strongly crossed the management of Alberto Fernández and described it as “a mixture of bestial ineptitude, wrong ideas and evil”, in the framework of a Zoom meeting of the Pensar Foundation, in Salta. In this sense, the referent of Together for Change considered that the Government makes “an almost perfect combination to obtain a bad result”, while he neither confirmed nor denied his intention to participate in the internal to seek a second term. However, he stressed that an eventual government of his political coalition in 2023 will be “hard” and “very difficult”, due to the difficult economic situation. Given this panorama, he acknowledged that there will be “an Argentina with more than 50% poverty in several regions.”

In this way, the opposition leaders will be “much more beaten, but much wiser”: “That generates more responsibility and obligation. If we do not generate a perception of profound change, there is no investment or employment,” he said, adding: “We have to learn that we cannot return because we want to return to power, we have to return because we want to put Argentina on the right track.” We are change or we are nothing,” he said and took aim at the Frente de Todos by stating that they came together “without an idea, without a project, just to return to power and preserve privileges.” We have to put drug trafficking back in retreat and we need judges who have the courage not only to fight against organized crime but to defend the law in general that includes property rights,” he said among his objectives and finally, he concluded: “We have a year ahead to consolidate the ideas and the teams, taking advantage of the people who have experience and adding new blood that will come in. The only thing that saves us, dear northerners, is to recover the culture of work.”
