Elements of the Attorney General’s Office of Mexico City (FGJCDMX) arrested Nicolás “N”, one of the men accused of participating in the sexual assault against the young Ainara Suárez. The events occurred in 2018, when she was a minor.
According to a statement from the institution, the detainee was located in the Vértiz Narvarte neighborhood, Benito Juárez mayor’s office.
“The individual was placed at the disposal of a judge of the Judicial Management Unit in Matters of Justice for Adolescents, who will determine his legal situation,” the prosecutor’s office reported.
The capture of Nicolás “N” adds to the arrests of Axel “N” and Carlos “N”, also accused of sexual abuse against the young woman.
Ainara case
Ainara Suárez, when she was 16 years old, was the victim of the aggression in the early morning of May 25 in 2018. At a party, four young men raped her with a bottle of champagne, recorded her and spread the video to her acquaintances.

So far, the other two involved remain at large: Julian “G” and Patricio “A”.
On March 3, 2021, after making the complaint public, the law firm Schütte and Delsol Gojon Abogados reported the existence of two investigation folders.
One of them was for sexual assault and another for child pornography, a fact in which the youtuber and influencer Yoseline Hoffman, known as Yosstop, was involved.
After being a victim of sexual abuse, Ainara reported that she suffered harassment through social networks, which was influenced by the Youtuber, who spoke publicly about the video of the assault on her YouTube channel.
In November 2021, thanks to a reparation agreement, Hoffman left the Women’s Center for Social Reintegration of Santa Martha Acatitla after being held for five months.
