Zoe Gotusso’s indie pop manages to captivate Chilean audiences for the first time

This Thursday was the presentation of the Cordoban singer-songwriter Zoe Gotusso, who had to postpone her concert in the country, which was scheduled for May 28 but due to COVID-19 infections in her team had to be rescheduled for June 23.
In an intimate show at the Teatro C in Vitacura, where interaction and empathy with the audience was the central element of the presentation, Gotusso sang his album “Mi Primer Día Triste” in an acoustic format, which has ten singles that managed to surprise the attendees, who did not refrain from chanting all his songs.
The artist, who began her career doing covers on Youtube and being part of the group Salvapantallas, along with Santiago Celli, did not hesitate to pay tribute to her past by singing “Loco (Tu forma de ser)” by Los Auténticos Decadentes, one of the interpretations with more visits on the duo’s platform. In addition, he presented two unreleased songs, which will be part of his next album, which will begin work once the tour is over.
In her goal of connecting with the public, in the middle of the show, Zoe invited one of her fans to sing with her “Amándote” where two voices generated a complicity between the artist and her followers. In this same line, in the interpretation “Un Bossa +”, a single that is not part of the album but is one of the most beloved, the artist appeared among the audience sharing hugs and microphone with the spectators, who also became protagonists of the show.
As part of the show, the Chilean sisters that make up the group Yorka were in charge of the opening of the show managing to capture the essence of the show premiering their sixth album called “Chao”, dedicated to goodbye.
After more than an hour of success by Gotusso, the Argentine closed with her single “Ganas”, one of her most listened to songs that was nominated for the best pop/rock song of the Latin Grammys, promising to reunite soon with her Chilean followers.
Regarding the next dates, after Chile, the artist will travel to Colombia, Mexico, the United States and Peru, to then continue her tour of Europe and return to South America, on the other side of the mountain range to perform at the famous Gran Rex in Buenos Aires on November 16.
However, it will not be the first time that the 25-year-old artist has been present at the emblematic trans-Andean theater, since on May 22 she did it with a show that captivated her fans.

In addition to the above, during his last shows in Argentina he has shared the stage with artists such as Louta and Mateo Sujatovich of Knowing Russia. It should be noted that the singer-songwriter during 2021 received two nominations for the Latin Grammys and was the winner of the Gardel award for “Best Pop Album”.
