Nurse was stabbed after finishing shift in Las Condes: she is out of vital risk

Unknown people stabbed a nurse from the Cordillera Clinic, located in Las Condes, on Sunday morning. The woman was on her way to her home, located a few blocks from the compound, when she was approached by the subjects.
The nurse went to the same Cordillera Clinic, where she was treated and surgically operated. The director of health of the Municipal Corporation of Las Condes, Edna Pizarro, commented that the victim has already left the pavilion and is out of vital risk, according to Radio Bío Bío.
The facts
The prosecutor of Flagrancia Oriente, Patricia Ibarra, explained that the nurse “finished her shift in the morning hours and then goes to her home that is two blocks from the place, where she is attacked by two people who were traveling on a motorcycle. They first observe the victim’s data and then attack her with a knife.
“She was later transferred to the Cordillera Clinic, where she was treated and surgically operated, which saved her life,” the persecutor added. “He has about 11 injuries in different parts of his body: in the chest, chest, arms, legs and face, as a result of this attack,” Ibarra said.
The prosecutor ruled out for the moment the hypothesis of theft, since the victim “does not lack any species.”
Carabineros and the Homicide Brigade of the Investigative Police (PDI) carry out the respective investigations of the case, with the aim of identifying the aggressors.
