Sanitary operations in public transport of Puebla

They carried out nine operations to monitor compliance with health protection guidelines in 141 public service units that circulate in the conurbated area. The Ministry of Mobility and Transport (SMT), in order to prevent the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, inspectors who checked that people and units comply with health emergency measures. The nine inspection points included the Juan Pablo II Circuit, Avenida 14 Oriente and the boulevards Xonacatepec, 5 de Mayo, 15 de Mayo and Niño Poblano; in addition, the revisions were extended to the stops of lines 1 and 3 of the RUTA system. Actions consolidated by a team of the SMT, personnel of the General Coordination of State Civil Protection and the Ministry of Health and Public Safety.During the review they reminded citizens of the promotion and importance of the use of masks and antibacterial gel, as well as the maximum respect of the quota and adequate ventilation in transport units. In order to avoid and reduce the risks of contagion during and after transfers, the SMT will observe that operators and concessionaires comply with sanitary measures within transport units, and invites society to comply with health recommendations.
