Massa will announce more measures and the reconversion of social plans

Economy Minister Sergio Massa will implement a new package of measures and plans to announce his deputy minister, who will be tasked with managing macroeconomic issues. Over the long weekend, Massa met with his team and advanced in drafting the decree that will seek to convert some 200,000 social plans into formal employment in the private sector. The latter will be an agreement with employers, who will hire the staff and partially face the payment of salaries, say close to the Minister of Economy.With the name of “Employment Bridge”, the initiative aims to transform plans, social programs and social security benefits into formal work. In this way, the holders of current national social and employment programs who are hired by an employer and complete the training and training courses that are established, will be able to continue receiving the benefits and benefits granted by these programs for one year, and the employer will complete the rest to reach the salary of agreement. As explained from the Palace of Finance, a year the worker must decide whether to maintain the plan or opt for formal work with social work, ART and all the benefits of being in the labor market.
