Ariel Sujarchuk, Secretary of knowledge economy, said that “in the coming days” he will present a Decree of Necessity and Urgency (DNU) to improve the conditions of the sector, which occupies a central role in the Argentine economy with exports of “US $ 6,500 million” and that it will seek to create “70,000” jobs in a year. Speaking to Nacional Rock, Sujarchuk explained that Economy Minister Sergio Massa proposed the annual creation of “70,000 jobs” to favor the development of the knowledge economy. “We will do it together with the national universities, which will allow us to have great potential for economic growth,” he said.
The official also stressed that the creation of 70,000 jobs in a year will imply the creation of “quality jobs with very good salaries”, while in the coming days will be finished “the draft of the DNU linked to the sector to talk about it and take it forward”.
