Do you owe the SAT? You will lower up to 100% fines for pending declarations

The Tax Administration Service (SAT) announced that it will give discounts of up to 100% on fines for non-compliance with pending declarations from years prior to 2022.
In a statement, it reported that all taxpayers, whether natural or legal persons, can access the benefit if they are up to date with their obligations.
In the case of natural and legal persons who if they received the requirement to pay the fine, the discounts will be staggered, depending on the time that has passed.

Those who received notifications of request and of the fine, but did not receive a request to collect it, will agree to the 100% reduction.
Those who received notifications of the request, as well as of the fine and also the requirement to collect it, will obtain the reduction of up to 90% according to the following table:

Taxpayers who have a Tax Mailbox will receive the capture line, which will be available until September 9, 2022.
After this date, if they have not made the corresponding payment, they must request an update through the SAT Portal or MarcaSAT.
This facility will be valid until December 31, 2022.
To obtain the payment format of the fines you must follow these steps:

Enter the SAT Portal, through the following link: https://www.sat.gob.mx/aplicacion/32846/presenta-tu-aclaracion-como-contribuyente,
Select the option “Service or requests/Request/REDUCTION OF FINES VIG 74 CFF”.
By means of MarcaSAT 55 6272 2728, dial option 9 and then 1; once your request has been registered, the payment form will be sent to you through the email account you provide.
