Wos premiered Puaj, a session full of message

After staying with the Gardel de Oro, in the middle of his tour of Latin America and after receiving three nominations for the Latin Grammy 2022, WOS presents PUAJ, a casual session, a meeting in the studio, a track recorded in practically a single take. In PUAJ, WOS makes clear her inherent rap virtue when composing verses about the most complex and elaborate rhythms. In this session, WOS spits out its most genuine subjectivity with spontaneity.

He takes his most concrete and earthly thoughts to a plane of phonetic and narrative complexity that make them a codex to be deciphered by the listener. The funk and lyrical rhythm propose an ironic game in which their truths are postulated in the most fun way possible.
The session was produced and mixed by Evlay – awarded as “Producer of the Year” at the Gardel Awards – with a master’s degree by Javier Fracchia, who was also recognized in the “Recording Engineering” category. The session belongs to the Doguito Records label, which Valentin Oliva himself founded with his manager Peter Ehrlich.Released simultaneously, the PUAJ video features the participation of all the members of the band that accompanies WOS live: Natasha Iurcovich (bass), Facundo ‘Evlay’ Yalve (guitar), Fran Azorai (keyboards) and Tomás Sainz (drums). It was directed by Rafael Nir and produced by La casa de al lado (as well as those of Arrancármelo, Culpa, Canguro, Luz Delito and Terraza, among others by the artist). Three 2022 Latin Grammy nominations
On Tuesday, WOS received three nominations for the 2022 Latin Grammys in the categories “Best Rock Song” (Let them be improved), “Best Pop/Rock Song” (Arrancármelo) and “Best Alternative Song” (Culpa). Organized by the Latin Recording Academy, the Annual Latin GRAMMY ® Awards, The Most Important Night of Latin ™ Music, recognizes excellence in the arts and sciences of recording, and will have its awards ceremony on November 17 in Las Vegas, United States.
