The Prosecutor’s Office of Morelos denied giving information about the femicide of Ariadna Fernanda López and reported that it will deliver the investigation folder until November 13, denounced the head of Government, Claudia Sheinbaum.
At a press conference, he detailed a series of irregularities in the investigation of the Prosecutor’s Office of Morelos in the case of the young woman, who was found dead on the afternoon of Wednesday, November 2, on the side of the La Pera-Cuautla highway, in Tepoztlán, Morelos.
He affirmed that Rautel “N”, alleged femicide of Ariadna, and her family have businesses in Morelos, and that prosecutor Uriel Carmona “lies” and that “there are cover-ups.”
“There is evidence that this prosecutor did not want to get to either the truth or justice… It is rather relationships, we cannot allow impunity.
“No prosecutor in our country should ever again blame a woman for her own death. We don’t want there to be a cover-up of murderers for more power and money ties they have,” he said.
Sheinabum denounced that personnel from the Morelos prosecutor’s office went to the department of Campeche 175 to demand the security videos “without any order or office of collaboration” and in an “intimidating manner”; Although the capital prosecutor’s office had already requested the material.
He called on the deputies of Morelos to ask for a review of Ariadna’s case.

The head of government reported that prosecutor Ernestina Godoy has already engaged in conversation with the head of the Attorney General’s Office (FGR), Alejandro Gertz Manero, to determine the collaboration.
In the morning, President Andrés Manuel López Obrador recommended that the FGR attract the investigation of Ariadna’s femicide with a human rights approach, “so that this is resolved as soon as possible.”
Sheinbaum revealed that after prosecutor Godoy came out to say that Ariadna’s case was a femicide, she received a link to a pornographic page from the Morelos prosecutor and, later, he came out to report that her cell phone had been hacked.
