Elements of the Secretariat of Citizen Security of Mexico City fired shots inside the parking lot of the Torre Mitikah shopping center and arrested a person who apparently assaulted a passerby.
Users of social networks published videos where security elements are seen running after a person and later the detonations are heard.

According to the Secretary of Public Security of the CDMX, Omar García Harfuch, the security elements had to detonate their weapons to achieve the arrest of the subject.
“Shots had to be fired wounding the alleged criminal who is already detained,” tweeted the security secretary.
The events occurred in the parking lot of the Torre Mitikah shopping center, in the Coyoacán mayor’s office.
