Zoe Gotusso and Valuki join the line-up of the Music Wins Festival

The most beloved festival by the Argentine independent scene is already a reality and is just around the corner. Music Wins Festival 2022 will feature a luxury line-up featuring Metronomy, Chet Faker and The Blaze as top attractions. Devendra Banhart, The Magnetic Fields, Alvvays, !!! (Chk Chk Chk) and Crumb complete the international line-up. The line up is completed with the best of the national scene, and national bands such as Zoe Gotusso, NAFTA, Mi Amigo Invincible, Silvestre y La Naranja, El Zar and many more join the lineup. The festival will take place at Club Ciudad de Buenos Aires on Saturday, December 10, and tickets are already on sale in venti.com.ar.

Over the last decade, Metronomy has established itself as one of the UK’s most relevant bands. After a memorable show in the first edition of Music Wins in 2014, the band returns to Argentina to present their sixth album, Small World, as well as their most remembered songs. Six years after stepping away from the project that gave birth to hits like “Drop the Game,” “Talk Is Cheap” and “No Diggity,” Australian Nick Murphy revived Chet Faker in October 2020. The result was the electrifying album Hotel Surrender, with which he now performs live. The French duo The Blaze lands at Music Wins with a renewed electronic and festival show. With an album, an EP and several singles under their arm, the band positioned itself as one of the most important musical proposals of the electronic scene, standing out not only for its melodic proposal but also visual.

Californians join the !!! (Chk Chk Chk), who land at the festival after releasing their brilliant post-pandemic album – the band’s ninth – Let It Be Blue. Other highlights will be Devendra Banhart – considered one of the pioneers of a new style of folk; The Magnetic Fields –one of the most iconic and representative bands of indie–; Alvvays – who will premiere their most interesting work so far – and Crumb, a band that will bring the most experimental touch to the festival. On Friday, December 9, one day before the start of the third edition of Music Wins, the opening night of the festival will take place with Fleet Foxes, who will perform at the C Complejo Art Media. Tickets for this event can also be purchased by Passline.Fleet Foxes is an indie band from Seattle, United States, fronted by singer-songwriter Robin Pecknold. In 2020 they released their fourth album Shore which was praised by the press and even earned a Grammy Award nomination in the Best Alternative Music Album category.
