After a sharp rise in coronavirus cases that were registered in recent days, the Ministry of Transport of the Nation recommended the use of the mask within buses and short and long distance trains. Faced with the increase in cases of Covid-19, the Ministry of Transport of the Nation, led by Diego Giuliano, recalls the care to be taken into account in the use of the Public Transport system of passengers, and recommends following the general health prevention measures, “said the ministry in a statement. In this sense, he also stressed the need to maintain constant ventilation in closed spaces, which in the City also includes the subway network. It is essential to “keep as much distance as possible, avoid crowds, coughing and sneezing into the crook of the elbow, and move activities, as far as possible, outdoors.” Finally, he reiterated the need to apply a new reinforcement of the vaccine against covid-19, especially to those over 50 years of age, which with 12,609 confirmed in recent days, 88 percent corresponds to the City of Buenos Aires and the province of Buenos Aires. In detail, 6,032 cases occurred in the City and another 5,134 in the Buenos Aires area.
