Valdés believes that the FdT has “elements to request the trial against the Court”

The national deputy of the Frente de Todos, Eduardo Valdés, assured that there are the “elements” to carry out the political trial against the members of the Court of Justice. At the same time, he took aim at Together for Change and asked them to “sit down to session.” In dialogue with Radio La Red, the legislator said: “We have the elements to ask the Court for impeachment. Before ruling on the co-participation for CABA, the provinces were not summoned to give their opinions. It is something serious on the part of the Court. And then we have the ruling of the Council of the Magistracy, a case in which they resurrected a law that was repealed by the National Congress.” At the same time, he went against the opposition and maintained that “it is incredible that JxC has announced that it will participate in the debates in commission to defend the ministers of the Court and refuses to give quorum” to debate the projects promoted by the Executive Power. They are laws that benefit the community. These are debates that will be held with or without the presence of JxC deputies. It seems good to me that they come to the impeachment commission as well as that they sit on the benches to sanction the laws.” In this way, Valdés said that next week will begin with the treatment of the political trial in the commission in the Chamber of Deputies. There, he will be in charge of carrying out the accusation, since he is the one who heads the project.
