State joint PBA: the unions accepted a 40% increase in the period from January to July

The Buenos Aires Executive agreed to the state parity in 40% from January to July, the offer consists of an increase in three tranches: 20% in March, 6% in May and 14% in July, adding to the formalization of a schedule of technical tables that will cover several issues of improvements in labor matters for employees of the public administration. The meeting in the city of La Plata was attended by representatives of the unions Federation of State and Private Unions of the Province of Buenos Aires (FEGEPPBA), Union of Civil Personnel of the Nation (UPCN), Association of State Workers (ATE), Association of Employees of the Ministry of Public Works of the Province of Buenos Aires (AEMOPBA), Association of Rental and Real Estate Employees (AERI), Asociación de Obreros y Empleados Jornalizados de la Dirección de Arquitectura (AJAMOP), Asociación Gremial de Administración, Maestranza y Servicios de Casinos (AMS), Asociación Pilotos de Líneas Aéreas (APLA), Asociación del Personal de los Organismos de Control (APOC), Asociación Sindical de Profesionales de la Salud de la Provincia de Buenos Aires (CICOP), Sindicato Gráfico Platense (SGP), Sindicato de Obreros y Empleados de Minoridad y Educación (SOEME), Sanitary Works Union of the Province of Buenos Aires (SOSBA) and Private Security Union (SSP).The Buenos Aires Teaching Unity Front resolved “by a very large majority” to accept the salary proposal”It is a decision and an objective of the management to move forward with parity negotiations that allow improving the real salary and the conditions of provincial public employment, to which we consider as fundamental axes of a State present for all the people of Buenos Aires, “said the Minister of Finance and Finance, Pablo López.In addition, the agreement with the unions includes a review clause in May and the commitment of the provincial government to reopen the negotiation in August.
