3rd Provincial Meeting of Video Games in Bahía Blanca: an event to promote this young Industry

Within the framework of FINDE, the program promoted by the Undersecretary of Creative Industries of the Cultural Institute of the Province of Buenos Aires, presents this April 22 and 23 the 3rd Provincial Meeting of Videogames to be held in the Port of Bahia Blanca.La admission is free, the event is designed for the whole family with a large video game park of 300 Buenos Aires developments. In addition, it will be a meeting place for representatives of the sector with talks and business tables. Federico Susbielles, president of the Port, highlighted the place “for its work of promoting development, production, sustainability and work in the region, as well as for the cultural activities it offers.”  He also claimed the opening of the space “to the talent of new developers, with the intention of promoting this young and thriving industry.” Video games, the youngest of the creative industries, have an enormous impact and influence on the new generations, and the State must be present supporting their development and promoting their generation of knowledge, enhancing it as an economic engine for the future, “explained from the Cultural Institute that leads Florence Saintout.The activities began this Saturday at noon and end on Sunday. There will be Virtual Reality simulators, games on consoles, Game Jam Challenge, E-Sports Tournament, electronic DJ, immersive experiences, as well as talks and exhibitions.
