Morelia, Michoacán. Governor Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla and his counterparts from the states where the National Regeneration Movement (Morena) governs, agreed to walk together, towards the 2024 electoral process, according to a statement.
In a meeting with President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, the state leaders agreed to maintain unity, an even floor and clear rules, to support whoever is elected as a candidate of Morena for the presidency of the Republic.
Ramírez Bedolla reported that the meeting was also attended by the Secretary of the Interior, Adán Augusto López; the Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Marcelo Ebrard Casaubón, the head of the Government of Mexico City, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo and Senator Ricardo Monreal.

So it was notified that next Sunday in Mexico City, the National Council of Morena will be held at 5:00 p.m., where the highest body will announce the call and rules to, adhering to the principles of Morena and its statutes, define the national coordinator in defense of the Fourth Transformation.
The governor of Michoacán announced that this selection process would be carried out by poll to select the representative who will compete for the Presidency of the Republic.
