Municipal authorities and displaced communities meet in Apatzingán

Apatzingán, Mich. – To follow up on the situation that remains in the rural communities of Apatzingán, President José Luis Cruz Lucatero and the syndic, Gisela Martínez Aguilar held a meeting with families from El Alcalde, Las Bateas, Tepetate, El Morado, Holanda, El Llano grande, Cueramato, Mezquital, Puerta de Alambre, Presa del Rosario and El Guayabo. to coordinate the free social supports that are being provided to displaced families.
In the municipal palace, the president, Cruz Lucatero, established a dialogue table with those in charge of order, heads of tenure and ejido commissioners to reiterate the commitment that the government that he heads in coordination with the DIF System, maintain continuous support to displaced families.

“We are interested in women, children and older adults who left their homes having food, medicines, clothing and particularly health, as it is the main thing at this time; We are going to ensure that even when they are away from home, they have what they need to continue with their activities as normally as possible,” the president said.
