Our Civil Guard is the face of the government to regain public trust: Bedolla

Apatzingán, Michoacán.- At a meeting of the Operational Intelligence Group (GIO), headed by Governor Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla, it was agreed to maintain public security strategies to protect the region of Apatzingán and preserve the peace of citizens, they reported in a statement.
The state governor emphasized the need to continue operations in coordination with the Civil Guard, National Guard, Army and Attorney General’s Offices of the Republic and the State, to return tranquility to this region of Michoacán.
At the end, the governor witnessed the roll call and gave uniforms to elements of the Civil Guard of the Regional Barracks of Apatzingán, to whom he recognized their work to deal with crime.
“Our Civil Guard is the direct face of the government to recover citizen confidence in security, so the interest of equipping them with what is necessary to dignify their work,” he said.

He said that after a survey of the corporation to know their needs, the elements requested the provision of uniforms and tools, as well as training, among others.
So he assured that the instruction is that each civil guard has three official clothes to carry out their activities.
Participants included the commander of the 43rd Military Zone, Héctor Ávila; Commander Fernando Colchado of the 21st Military Zone; the Secretaries of Government, Carlos Torres Piña, of Public Security, José Alfredo Ortega Reyes; the state attorney general, Adrián López Solís, the delegate of the FGR, Jesús López, the municipal president of Apatzingán, José Luis Cruz Lucatero.
