SSP separates 5 elements from the charge for assault on young people and presents them to FGE

Morelia, Michoacán. – The Secretariat of Public Security (SSP) separated from the charge 5 elements related to the aggression to a young man in the Garden La Soterraña, in Morelia, and were presented to the State Attorney General’s Office, as reported in a statement.
After promptly following up on an investigation folder, the SSP identified the members of the Civil Guard who participated in the aggression, who were immediately removed from their position in order not to hinder the corresponding actions and demarcate responsibilities.
This case is the one disseminated in a video that circulated on social networks last Tuesday, September 5. Likewise, in strict compliance with the Law, these members of the Civil Guard were presented to the FGE by the units of Internal Affairs and Legal Affairs, and Human Rights.

The Secretary of Public Security, José Alfredo Ortega Reyes, ratified his commitment to confront all illicit activity; “Therefore, under no circumstances will acts that threaten the well-being of the people of Michoacán be tolerated; Zero impunity for those who violate citizens!” the official emphasized.
