Building bridges with Paraguay through music

On September 27 and 28, one of its emblematic historical sites, the Manzana de la Rivera, will receive personalities from the music industry and the most relevant journalists from all over the continent, who will share knowledge in various events aimed at understanding the importance of building bridges. There will be two intense days where artists, managers, music journalists, agents, producers, programmers, organizations, institutions and embassies of several countries will meet to generate joint strategies that help develop the music industry with environmental perspectives. All this is generated around the ReciclArte festival, which will be on the 29th and 30th at the “José Asunción Flores” Amphitheater in the city of San Bernardino.This prelude will have as protagonists two important events, on the one hand, the 1st. Meeting of the music, culture and environment industry for the sustainable development of the region and, on the other hand, the first edition of the Seminar on music journalism and cultural communication. New narratives from a journalism committed to storiesThe Seminar on music journalism and cultural communication is aimed at communicators, music journalists, content creators and music researchers. Those in charge of the talks, master classes and panels will be renowned professionals who stand out in the field of music journalism and cultural communication throughout the region. In this framework, the Argentine Humphrey Inzillo, writer and editor of the Rolling Stone magazine of his country; the Colombian Jaime Monsalve, researcher and director of the National Radio of Colombia; the Mexican Enrique Blanc, manager, writer and programmer of FIMPRO, and the Argentine Julio Leiva, journalist and creator of the interview series Caja Negra of Filo News. There will also be, from Argentina, the cultural manager and communicator Marcos Ramírez, and from Brazil, the cultural manager and communicator Rodrigo Texeira. They will share with journalists, communicators and creators of national content such as Mavi Martínez, Vidal Delgado, Micaela Cattáneo and Patricia Benítez.The seminar, supported by RedPem (Network of Music Journalists of Ibero-America) and coordinated by Mamboretá Psicofolk, cultural connector of Formosa, has a history of being held in virtual format in 2022 and, given its success and regional scope, In this edition it is proposed as one of the most transcendent educational events of the crazy medium. Towards an industry awareness with an environmental perspectiveThe summit, for its part, will present panels with themes on culture and environment, music industry, cultural policies and corporate social responsibility. There will also be networking spaces with more than 30 producers and programmers of musical projects and pitch presentation of Paraguayan projects with 8 projects. Also national bands and from all over the region will present their proposals in showcase format. The two days will end with cocktails for conversations and more human connections for the development of the industry. These days will serve to show Paraguay as a place with value from its cultural assets. It aims at the growth and development of our creative industries and the creation of a sustainable, sustainable and more conscious economy, committed to the planet. The international guests at the summit and those of the seminar will be present from September 29 to 30, in the two days of the ReciclArte festival, which in this edition that returns to the Amphitheater “José Asunción Flores” proposes a line up with outstanding artists from Latin America such as Café Tacvba, Airbag, No Te Va Gustar, Usted Señálemelo, among many others.
