They place banners with signs against “Grandfather Farías”

Morelia, Michoacán.- Several tarps with a message against “El Abuelo Farías” were located in the Michoacan capital, in which the alleged perpetrators (identified as self-defense groups), dissociate themselves from any relationship with that person, whom they point out of operating for a criminal group.
Two of the blankets were observed by motorists on a pedestrian bridge, of the Libramiento de Morelia, at the height of the Las Tijeras neighborhood, between the exit to Charo and the road distributor of Mil Cumbres. Others in a perimeter mesh of a housing area also in the eastern part of the municipality and there is another sign reported in the Purépecha Plateau.
These messages were signed by “the true self-defense groups and community of the state of Michoacán”, in them several names of inhabitants of Tepalcatepec are mentioned, as well as a criminal objective that has operation in the Tierra Caliente, in addition it is mentioned that they jointly maintain a dispute with another cartel native of Jalisco.
The tarpaulins were removed by police corporations and made available to the competent authorities where the corresponding investigations will continue.
