Tarímbaro, Mich.- A motorcyclist was seriously injured after an accident while driving on the Morelia-Salamanca highway, police and rescue authorities reported.
The mishap happened during the afternoon of this Friday near the diversion to the Morelia International Airport, as well as the El Trébol subdivision, located in the municipality of Tarímbaro.

It transpired that the motorcyclist was not wearing his helmet, at a certain point he skidded and suffered a severe head injury. Some motorists saw the aforementioned lying and requested help to the emergency number 911.
Paramedics arrived at the site, who gave first aid to the affected person and channeled him urgently to a hospital for proper medical attention. The identity of the patient is unknown.
Some traffic officers were in charge of the corresponding expertise and the motorcycle was removed by a crane.
