Home Safety Woman dies after being hit by motorcyclist
Lázaro Cárdenas, Michoacán.- A woman lost her life after being run over by a young motorcyclist in front of the airport of Las Guacamayas in Lázaro Cárdenas, according to news coverage.
The events took place on Morelos Avenue at the height of the Bodega Aurrera store, where the woman, approximately 40 years old, allegedly got off a public transport combi, at which time she was hit by the motorcycle.
A woman of approximately 40 years old, who so far is unknown, lost her life after a young man identified as Jesús Alexis G. A 16-year-old man, aboard his motorcycle, ran her over on Morelos Avenue at the height of the Aurrerá winery of the Guacamayas tenure.
Almost instantaneously, the woman lost her life while the young man identified as Jesús Alexis, 16 years old, suffered a traumatic brain injury, for which he was helped by the paramedics of the municipal Civil Protection, who transferred him to a private clinic.
Police elements arrived at the scene, cordoned off the area and later agents and experts from the State Attorney General’s Office took charge of lifting the body and transferring it to the region’s Semefo.
