Then the first three main topics will be addressed: Economy, which will be headed by the presentation by Javier Milei, International Relations of Argentina with the world, initiated by Sergio Massa, and Education and Health, where the libertarian will once again take the floor. After the presentation, there will be a 12-minute break, the second block will begin with the remaining three topics, which will be: Production and Employment, where Massa will begin, Security and Human Rights, where Milei will begin, and Human Rights and Democratic Coexistence, which will be headed again by the Minister of Economy. During the presentation of the topics, each candidate will have 6 minutes that can be managed at their discretion. This format will allow questions to be answered or posed between both candidates, providing greater dynamism compared to previous presidential debates. According to established rules, moderators will only intervene when a candidate speaks for more than two minutes. Finally, a 10-minute recess will be scheduled before giving way to the closing, where each candidate will have 2 minutes to answer the question “Why do you want to be president?” Differences from previous debatesCandidates will not be able to have notes on the lectern, they will only be able to use blank sheets of paper and pens to take notes during the course of the debate. The event will be broadcast live by all the media belonging to Radio and Television Argentina Sociedad del Estado (R.T.A. S.E.), such as TV Pública and Radio Nacional, among others. A streaming broadcast will also be available on the YouTube channel of the National Electoral Chamber (CNE). The runoff election will be seven days after the third presidential debate.
