Morelia, Michoacán. – 72 percent of the budget of the State Contribution Fund for the Infrastructure of Municipal Public Services (Faeispum), will be invested in hydraulic and regional projects for development, according to a statement from the State Government.
Governor Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla reported that of a bag of 1,488 million pesos that will be available this year from the Faeispum, 1,041 million will be invested in works to combat drought, take care of water, strengthen the countryside and rehabilitate roads for productive, economic and tourism development.
He announced that the first window will be opened on January 15 and until the 29th of the same month, so that municipalities can enter only hydraulic and regional infrastructure projects.
In the second window, from February 23 to March 1, water, educational and regional works projects, and in the third window, from March 23 to April 8, any type of public works and actions.
To this end, he commented that next week the rules of operation of the Faeispum will be published so that the municipalities have the necessary information for the presentation and validation of projects.
