January 30, deadline to submit proposals to the “First Supreme Court of Justice for Mexican America, Ario 1815”

Morelia, Michoacán.- The registry of outstanding citizens, institutions or organizations in the field of justice and for the benefit of the entity or the nation, who are candidates to receive the Medal “First Supreme Court of Justice for Mexican America, Ario 1815”, closes on January 30, they reported in a statement.
The State Congress opened the call on January 22 for the proposals of those who have distinguished themselves for their merits in favor of defending, cultivating, forging, establishing, imparting, disseminating, promoting, or who, due to their professional or social career, have stood out in matters of justice, to be delivered to the Legislative Branch building.
According to this call, proposals must include the name or company name, address and contact details of the person submitting the candidacy, in addition to stating the merits, facts or acts carried out by the applicant.
It specifies that it will be the Secretariat of Parliamentary Services that, once the stipulated date is met, on the working day following the closing of the reception period, will send the proposals received to the Justice Committee.
It will be the Opinion Commission that will analyze the profiles and integrate a shortlist that will be delivered to the Political Coordination Board, in order to analyze and define, through a Proposal of Agreement that will be submitted to the Plenary of the State Congress, for its consideration and vote.
It should be noted that the Medal “First Supreme Court of Justice for Mexican America, Ario 1815” will be presented in the Solemn Session of the 75th Legislature, on March 7 of this year, in the city of Ario, Michoacán.
As stipulated in the open call, proposals must be submitted in writing at the offices of the Secretariat of Parliamentary Services of the State Congress, located at Avenida Madero Oriente number 97, Historic Center of Morelia, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., no later than Tuesday, January 30, 2024.
