Uruapan, Michoacán. – In an operation carried out by personnel of the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Michoacán (FGE), a 17-year-old adolescent was rescued unharmed, who was deprived of his liberty on February 14, in this city. From the facts, it was established that, on the day of the appointment, while the adolescent was inside a boarding house, he was deprived of his liberty; From that moment on, the offenders established communication to demand a significant amount of cash in exchange for respecting the victim’s life. During a surveillance tour implemented by personnel of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office of Uruapan on Irecua Street, in the San Pablo de Jicalán subdivision, they saw an armed man, who attacked them with gunshots. This led to a foot chase in a home where a 17-year-old teenager was rescued, who was deprived of his liberty, as well as the arrest of Álvaro Noé “N”, Omar “N”, Edgar Ramón “N”, Francisco Manuel “N” and Jorge Alejandro “N”. The requested persons were presented to the Regional Prosecutor’s Office of Uruapan, which integrated the Investigation File and presented them to the Control Judge who linked them to the process, set them for informal preventive detention and established a period of four months for the complementary investigation.
