A Colombian judge sent to prison to Juan Guillermo Valder Branch Amezquita, who is designated to the Chilean Ilse Ojeda, missing since March 30 and whose body was cremated, reported on Wednesday the Prosecutor’s Office.
«At the request of Prosecutor judge sent to prison centre to Juan G. Valderrama designated as responsible for the disappearance and death of Chilean citizen Ilse Amory Ojeda,» stated the accusing entity in his Twitter account.
The Prosecutor’s Office explained that Valderrama is accused of committing the crimes of feminicide, aggravated forcible disappearance and concealment of evidence.
Ojeda entered Colombia on March 5 this year coming from Chile and next to Valderrama, 28 years, traveled to Medellin (Northwest), to subsequently scroll to the municipalities of Puerto Parra and Curiti, in the Department of Santander (northeast).
The 25th of that month the couple, who met in Chile, established his residence in Bucaramanga, capital of Santander.
The last time it was reported of women was March 30 in a shop of the low glass district, area where Valderrama resides and in which the couple apparently discussed an alleged infidelity of the Colombian.
While the past April 11 Alejandra Margarita Ojeda reported on social networks the disappearance of her sister, the complaint in Colombia only was filed by the detainee six days later.
As part of the investigation, authorities captured last Saturday in Bucaramanga to the boyfriend of the Sergeant retired from the Chilean police for the crime of enforced disappearance.

After the analysis of the remains, the Director of the National Institute of Legal Medicine and forensic sciences, Claudia García, confirmed yesterday that the body was de Ojeda and said that the institution works to «deliver to the Attorney General of the nation, the result complementary post-mortem in the shortest possible time».
