The President of the Nation, Mauricio Macri, sent a message on a very tense day for the markets, where the Central Bank had to announce a measure to control the sending of money abroad from banks. “We can all help from responsibility and prudence to bring ingpeace of reassurance to Argentines. Each from its place,” begins the message the president sent via his Twitter.

All my actions go in that direction, seeking to build bridges and dialogue.” On Friday, the dollar rose again, after Finance Minister Hernán Lacunza announced a debt re-profile with the International Monetary Fund on Wednesday, among other measures. Today, the Central Bank used US$1943 million of reserves to stop the dollar rise, debt payments and capital outflows.
