The Ministry of Public Education (SEP) published the calendar for the 2020-2021 school year, which will start remotely, due to the COVID-19 epidemic, on 24 August.
According to the Secretary of Education, Esteban Moctezuma Barragán, from this Thursday 6 August they will start an ordinary period of registration at the basic level, which will end until September 11.
He reported that the calendar consists of 190 effective days of class, plus six days of school (three of which would be bridges), teacher training dates, as well as three days of “administrative discharge” so that teachers can prepare the delivery of ballots.

December
The 11th is school technical council day, while the holidays start on Saturday 19.

February
The second bridge of the calendar will be on Monday 1 February, and on the 19th will be a meeting of the school technical council.
March
