Weather conditions are not favorable by swell and wind. Tropical Storm Hernán was located 140 kilometers west of Mazatlan. It travels northwest at 22 kilometers per hour, causing rains in Sinaloa and winds of up to 40 kilometers per hour on the coasts of Sinaloa.
